Assign Locations

If your account is a Tenant Admin account, you have the ability to add and manage other Tenant accounts for your Tenancy.

 

This includes controlling which Locations a Tenant can book for AfterHours.

 

Select a Tenant account from the list, and press the Details button at the bottom of the screen.

From here you can manage the Tenant account details using the Edit button at the top right of the screen.

 

To add or remove Locations, press the Site & Locations button at the bottom of the screen.

You are presented with a list of Sites.

 

Select a Site from the list.

The screen now shows the complete list of Locations in that Site that can be booked with AfterHours and a checkbox to the right of each.

 

Press Edit at the top right of the screen to change assigned Locations.

 

If a Location you need is missing from the list, please contact your Building Manager to request that it be assigned to your Tenancy. This can only be done in BuildingPulse.

 

 

Once in Edit mode, simply scroll through the list and toggle the checkboxes for each Location as desired.

 

The changes are saved as you change the checkboxes.

 

Press Done at the top right of the screen when you are finished making changes.
